Recommended dose and method of use
Take 30 ml daily diluted in a liter of water and drink throughout the day. Alternatively, dilute 30 ml in a large glass of water and take preferably in the morning before breakfast.
It should be used while on a suitable low-calorie diet that is accompanied by a healthy lifestyle and a good level of physical activity.
