Recommended dose and method of use
Take one 25 ml measures a day diluted in a glass of water, preferably in the morning before breakfast. Alternatively dilute one 25 ml measure in a litre of water to drink throughout the day. It is however recommendend to drink large quantities of water while taking the product to help the body eliminate waste.
